Bartram Springs Amenity Facility Use

Dear Barracudas Families,

As we begin another exciting swim season, we want to remind everyone of some important rules and expectations regarding the use of the Bartram Springs Amenity Facilities during Barracudas practices and meets.

Supervision and Conduct:

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while present for Barracudas activities.
  • Families are responsible for ensuring their children follow all posted pool rules.
  • We are expected to cleanup and return chairs and tables to their intended location.
  • Non-resident swimmers and their families are not permitted to use any part of the amenity center except the lap pool and restrooms during their scheduled practice or meet times.
  • Resident swimmers may only use the lap pool during practice or meet times.
  • Resident swimmers who choose to use other facilities (e.g., playground, basketball court, etc.) before or after practice must remember they are representing the Barracudas Swim Team and are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

Lane 6 Courtesy - Reserved for Residents:

  • Lane 6 is frequently reserved by Bartram Springs residents through the amenity center's lane reservation system.
    • Resident parents/guardians: Swim some laps while your child practices! You can reserve the lane through CourtReserve.
  • Swimmers must not use or cross into Lane 6 unless explicitly directed by a coach.
  • Please respect these reservations to help maintain a cooperative relationship with the community.

For Resident Families:

Bartram Springs residents enjoy full access to the amenity facilities under the Bartram SpringsCommunity Development District (CDD) policies. As outlined in the CDD Amenity Facility Policies:

  • Each household receives two complimentary access cards.
  • Residents may also request guest passes (limits and fees apply as defined by the CDD).
  • Amenity access includes the pool, playground, courts, and athletic fields-please be mindful that these areas may be in shared use with other residents.

For Non-Resident Families:

The Bartram Springs Amenity Center is a private facility. Non-residents may only access the lap pool

area and restrooms for the duration of their swimmer's designated practice or meet time.

Please note:

  • Non-resident parents/guardians are welcome and encouraged to remain during their child's designated practice time.
  • There is no access to the facility before or after your child's scheduled practice.
  • Non-residents may not use the recreation pool, splash pad, playground, courts, or other amenities. Access is limited to the lap pool and restrooms during your child's practice or meet time.

We ask for your full cooperation in following these policies. Our team's continued access to the facility depends on it.

If you have any questions about your household's amenity access or would like more information on the official policies, you can find them here:

Thank you for helping us ensure a respectful and responsible season for all Barracudas families.

Sincerely,

Bartram Springs Barracudas Swim Team Board of Directors
