As we wrap up the 2025 season, we’d love to hear your feedback to help improve both our team and the league moving forward. Please take a few minutes to complete the following two surveys:

📍 Bartram Springs Barracudas – End of Season Team Survey
 This survey is specific to our team and will help us evaluate the season, identify what went well, and find ways to improve for 2026.

📍 St. Johns Summer Swim League – Champs Meet Survey
This survey focuses on the League Championship Meet experience. The same survey will also be sent directly by the League, but you only need to complete it once.

Both surveys are anonymous, but you have the option to include your email address if you're open to follow-up.
